Underwood Consultants specialises in assisting small to medium sized businesses with all aspects of food hygiene and quality systems. We have clients from northern Scotland to the Lake District.

We have been in business since 1995 and over that time have developed a very practical and down-to-earth approach. Very often, businesses are required to develop systems or documentation that they do not understand nor know how to tackle. We aim to simplify the process and to help the business throughout the implementation of the solution. We do much more than offer advice, our service includes preparation of practical documents, records, charts and instructions, organising reviews as well as liaising with suppliers and customers. We will help with any aspect that is a problem.

In addition to quality systems, our areas of expertise include training, laboratory development and all aspects of food safety including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
