Underwood Consultants offers two main types of support depending on the needs of the business.

Where the client has a short-term requirement, we have assisted from as little as one day to advise, prepare HACCP and other documents and to create some records.

Some companies need longer-term support and we provide a quality assurance management service for several small businesses. These are typically businesses of up to 30 people where there is a need to have a quality system and, perhaps, to meet the BRC standard but the size of the business does not justify employing a full-time quality manager. Once we have helped the business to set up a simple but effective quality system, we visit every month or two to carry out audits, control documents, run reviews etc. We are also on site as the Quality Manager for customer and BRC audits. This continues to be a very effective service for several food companies.
