Training

Underwood Consultants has run scores of training courses. Although we run the REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene course, most courses are tailored specifically to meet the requirements of the business. This makes the training business-specific and therefore more useful, more relevant, shorter and, consequently, cheaper. Recently, again to meet client needs, we have run several foreign language hygiene courses.

In addition to hygiene training we offer training in auditing skills, HACCP and business skills. While most of our clients are small to medium sized food businesses, we have run HACCP and auditing training courses for several environmental health departments.
